Huge growth for Andersen lab!
Mike will work on transitioning pipelines, containers, and packages from Northwestern to Hopkins frameworks. Overall, he will be the master all of CaeNDR data processing and releases along with managing the lab codebase and computational training. He is an amazing addition to the team!
Maya will focus on natural variation in behaviors with an emphasis on both crawling and swimming behaviors across C. elegans and C. briggsae wild strains.
Lance will focus on variant calling and prediction with an early emphasis on variant effect prediction using new machine learning tools.
